    Gala dinner is included only for full symposium prices mentioned above.
    Gala dinner is not included for “One Day Attendance” price and for Accompanying Persons. However participation to the gala dinner remains possible subject to payment of an additional fee according to the prices mentioned below.

    Accompanying Person Registration
    Accompanying Person may only take part to the Conference’s dinner subject to the applicable rate above and provided that the participant with whom the Accompanying Person is taking part to the dinner is regularly registered and has paid all necessary subscription fees. In addition such Accompanying guest must be clearly identified on Participant subscription form. For avoidance of doubt, only one subscription form is required for both the Participant and the Accompanying Person if applicable.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation
    Cancellation of registration to the Conference remains possible subject to the following conditions:
    Cancellation requests must be done by writing an email to the Secretariat of the Conference; Bank information details must be joined to the email according to conditions of article 6 hereafter;
    Financial conditions apply as follows:

    - If the cancellation email is received between March 17th, 2017 and May 31st, 2017 at the latest, one hundred per cent (100%) of the registration fees will be reimbursed;

    - If the cancellation email is received between June 1st 2017 until August 31st, 2017 at the latest, fifty per cent (50%) of the registration fees will be retained;

    - Cancellation received after August 31st, 2017 won’t give rise to refund possibility and registration fees will definitely remain to IRSN.

    Refund modalities
    In respect to the above mentioned provisions, refunds will be made by IRSN on the bank references transmitted for cancellation request, bank references which must remain the same bank references transmitted for the payment.
